For renters, go elsewhere. Painful to deal with, zero communication with tenants. Ourselves and our neighbours on multiple occasions had people enter our properties without notice. Takes ages for issues to be resolved and fixed with us having to chase. The best part was when we moved in, there was some human feces in the toilet, remarkably the inspector marked the flat cleanliness as "professionally cleaned" on the report. Avoid

Harry Dean has been exceptional in his level of service, during the sale of my property, which took a number of months to reach completion.
Harry kept me updated at all times and chased other parties within the chain. His communication has been excellent during the whole process.
I would recommend Waterfords and especially Harry, who is a asset to the team.
