Congratulations on your award of Worst housing association in the whole of the united kingdom ????, company is and was so awful that they had so many court cases against them from tenants for inhumane and unsafe living conditions led by their abysmal exec Elizabeth froud that they decided to change their name to platform housing, that new company has now also been awarded the same recognition of worst housing association in the uk ????

Waterloo housing associations are nothing but con merchants they lose Notice to Quit agreements then expect former tenant to still pay so-called rent on a property they no longer reside at . I would strongly say no matter how difficult your housing needs become DO NOT get a property with this association.as they will literally RIP YOU OFF !!!!

Well after having a fire in my flat and one of tge workers went through my draws In the kitchen that had no damage to it then two days later got threatened by on of the management and I then phoned to get my housing officer to ring me they never sent the email for her to ring me I dnt want to live in my flat anymore as I'm disabled what a way to run a business

They left me 3 weeks with a leak its came on to my ceiling above my strair and have 3 children's one is only 1 years old I keep saying what if the plaster come down on one of my childrens and i just been told to turn my water off

My parents have requested numerous repairs and it's takes them months to do anything if anything. The lighting outside theirs is awful and not been repaired. The are an absolute joke all they are interested in is the rent money. And if I could given them a rating of minus 1 I would.

This company has left my elderly great aunt without heating & hot water for nearly 3 weeks , she is 89 & lives in one of there bungalows for the elderly. Absolutely disgusting.. she is told when she rings them .. “ you will have to be patient “!!!! She’s always paid her rent on time pity they can’t do anything on time!!!

Been trying to get a response from them for days! Then I try and redial the number and its changed!!! The number they provide in return doesnt work either. Really, really bad customer service.

Been resident with platform ( Waterloo) for many year .been reporting repairs. For over a year. And none have been done. The lawns have only been cut 3 times this year.

THE WORST HOUSING SERVICE EVERRRRR!!! DO NOT GET HOUSED BY THEM STICK TO THE COUNCIL GOD FORBID YOU EVER COME HERE!!! THEY DO noy listen to nothing, they havr taken my heaters and left without returning them for 7 months, my car got slashed and nobody wants to take notice of the complaints, block is filthy, people are filthy!!!! EVERYTHING SERVICE WISE IS FUKDDDDDD

Would never be housed with this company again and can't wait to leave them. Inadequate is an understatement. Treat their tenants like they're unimportant until it comes down to rent, yet the houses they put people in are more than unsatisfactory and a health risk. They're unresponsive to any communication when there's a problem, they'd rather just wait until you move out to fix the many problems with their properties. I've been emailing them now for over a year about the black mould in the property we are in where me and my partner who lives with bad asthma live and they tell us to buy expensive paint, leave our windows open through winter and don't offer any help with heating the property that they can't keep up with. The majority of the servicemen they send round seem to have no clue what they're doing and and I'm still fighting for some help, still no response... They tell you to report the issues with the property but it's honestly pointless because nothing will come from it. My boiler is currently atleast 20 years old and is broken, I haven't reported it because I know they won't replace it or fix it, it took them four months from the day we moved in to even get hot water in the property. No justice with this company all they care about is filling their properties and getting money. If I could give no stars then i would.

Can never get hold of anyone significant to your problem. Gardening services keep missing my front garden when cutting side can't even get a number for them. I pay for this service

Can't even pay my rent because the whole website is now down, after constantly getting error messages past few weeks. Twice I've had an appointment for someone to ring me back and twice they haven't bothered.
