We engaged Watsons to sell our cottage in Cawston. It’s been a tumultuous journey (outside Watsons control) throughout which the team, especially Diane & Debbie, were absolutely amazing. They proactively kept the ball rolling, communicating brilliantly along the way and were compassionate and supportive … especially when we were devastated about our onward purchase falling through. At times I was in a mess but they always had a great way of calming me down and keeping me positive. Our buyer loves her new home and we are on our way to our new home. If we ever have to do this ridiculous activity again it will be with Watsons Aylsham.

I found this office very helpful, even though our sale took a very long time to go through, ( no fault of Watson's) the ladies in this office would ring me weekly with updates as to what was going on, or they would call immediately if there was something important or new to tell me. All of the ladies seemed happy to talk and answer any questions I had, they would alway call you back asap if you needed them too, which was a nice unlike other estate agents i had been with in the past that you always got the impression they wanted a quick chat and to get you off the phone, this office certainly offered more of the personal touch. In all a pleasure to deal with and I would happily recommend then to anyone.
