I bought recently through Watsons and found that they were incredibly helpful and communicative to me from the moment I first spotted the property online. They even gave me my first viewing on WhatsApp as I was temporarily immobile and could not travel to view. My own sale had a few hiccups and delays and Watsons were very proactive in holding the chain together and keeping everyone cheerful throughout the process. Thank you Watsons.

I found the service at Watson's extremely professional, supportive and insightful. The team were always at hand to guide me through the buying process and answer any questions/queries I had within a matter of hours. I would highly recommend them for any buyers or sellers within the Norfolk area.

I was very pleased I used Watsons to sell my mother's house, they were realistic with their valuation, helpful in arranging viewings and once an offer was accepted were active in chasing the chain and keeping us informed of progress. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and empathetic.

Watson's did a great job selling our seaside property for us. The girls in the office were friendly, efficient and very experienced. We always received prompt feedback from them and sound advice. We lost our first buyer but Watson's found us another buyer within a couple of days. Not the cheapest estate agent in town but we chose them because they gave us confidence that they would provide us with very good service. Top notch !

Awful customer service, I called into branch to make an enquiry about a property. The woman I spoke to was rude, unhelpful and generally left a bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say I would rather purchase with a different estate agent.
