AVOID. Our 83 year old landlord, as of 2nd October 2019, has not received any of the rent we have paid Waves Estates since June 2019. Our deposit, which Elisabeth told us would be held in a secure government scheme, cannot be traced and no details provided from Waves. The promise to pay the deposit back into our account has also been broken. Speaking to other residents of Rye, they have also experienced problems with Waves. If you are still considering using this agent, speak to other estate agents in Rye and ask their opinion of Waves.... Read more
