Hilarious demonstration of why using kids to run a business is not a good idea. I think the owner is a drunk, has the appearance and mannerisms of one. Avoid unless you are scum like the people that run it. In which case you will probably feel right at home.... Read more

What an absolute shambles of a letting agents. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 4 years of nothing but pure let downs and disappointments. From leaks pouring through walls and never repaired, to ceilings falling down and a 2 pence bodge the builder being sent out to stick a bit of plasterboard over a huge wet rotten hole in a floor. Balcony fell down a year ago and still unfixed. AMANDA the owner of this company is a rude arrogant pig who speaks to people like you’re a piece of something on your shoe. My friend has a 9 year old autistic daughter and has been unsettled from her day to day life for the last 4 years. I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. INCOMPETENT - AVOID! Landlords/Landladies - I would not leave my property with these clowns! We booked the Shoreline property through them months in advance, and called around 5 times in that few months prior to arrival to ensure that our children would have beds to sleep in. To our shock, they did not! Two of the staff came out to help, and provided a PLAYPEN for the baby, and left us without a bed for our toddler. They were supposed to be in touch within the hour with a solution, but did not. Nor did they answer their "Emergency line". In fact, the company have been avoiding all our calls ever since - yet seem to get caught out when being called from other numbers or private numbers. Despite numerous claims to call us back with compensation, they have not, after 2 weeks! I believe the landlady of this property is called Lisa - Lisa, you have a lovely property (though some annoying quirks - like the extremely loud banging during the night keeping everyone awake!), which is let down by this really bad company! In addition to the above, the property was filthy, and we had to clean it ourselves before settling in for a weekend.... Read more

I booked with We Love Property through AirBnB three months in advance of my trip. 8 days before we were due to travel, they emailed saying the property was no longer available due to going to a long-term rental and telling me about the 'better' one I could have instead. In my opinion this other property was not 'better' although certainly bigger (which we didn't need). It also was out of town, which was not want we wanted. There were other differences that didn't work for us too. They told me I needed to cancel the booking. The AirBnB site says the host should do the cancellation in this circumstance. We Love Property are not responding to my requests to cancel and issue a refund. Nor do they seem to be responding to AirBnB's intervention. Agents are fine until something goes wrong. The measure of service is how you deal with a difficult situation. In this case, they have really failed! They owe me nearly £1,000.... Read more

I was introduced to We Love Property in the summer of 2018, and they have been managing my rental flat in Hastings for almost 2 years now. As a first time landlady who doesn't live in Hastings, I was quite apprehensive about the logistics of running a rental property from long distance. However, working with Amanda, Zaneta and their team has totally put my mind at rest. Not only do they do a great job in running the letting of the flat, they have also been really helpful in arranging and overseeing any DIY issues if they arise, which saves me having to travel down there to deal with them myself. Whenever I visit, the flat is always in immaculate condition. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for a management service that is totally reliable and also really cares about what they do, they are definitely the answer to that.... Read more

Holly and Amanda are the people who I have met at the offices. They helped with finding the right property, they kept in contact with me constantly and updated me to properties before they were advertised. The property I had was a flat on Pevensey road, I took it knowing it had just a couple of jobs doing as the tennants had just moved out and they suggested the property would be snapped up. It was a top floor flat and trust me as fantastic as they explained. Lovely sea views, great neighbours, quiet and the jobs were done when I was at work. Amanda was always available via text, Holly was a phone call away, in one year of having 'We Love Property" as my letting agents nothing was ever an Issue. Having read the reviews on here I can honestly say that they operate a 5 star business and I can only assume the reviews on here are out of spite. If I needed a leaky tap sorted (Which was down to me) Amanda would send Dean round when I was out and it would be completed. New carpets were requested by me, within 4 weeks the whole flat was re- carpeted and all my possessions put back exactly as they were when I had left for work. I find people will treat you as you treat them, and I find nothing to say bad about this company. Wish them the best of luck for the future.... Read more

AVOID. DISHONEST. GANGSTERS. HORRIFIC SERVICE THROUGHOUT. As a Landlord I urge other Landlords to know the truth about this place. Luckily I haven't lost much money since our contract was for only 1+months. I feel sorry for Landlords losing thousands of pounds believing this company are being honest with their fees, statements and services. Please share this if you know a Landlord doing holiday let with them! DETAILS: As you can see here on images attached, we had 4 reviews on Airbnb and they stated only 3 refusing to rectify the 'error' by not responding my emails. Expenses: charged materials are not explained and they refuse to negotiate, or show me the invoices even though I was at shop with their handyman on which he told me some materials were NOT for my property!!! Bookings: they don't state how many dates guests stayed and how much per night, clearly they can put any amount they want and charge 25% on top of it!!! CRAZY gangsters! When I requested by email several times for an explanation they said they don't like the tone of my emails and refuse to dispute or talk to me or respond my emails. Clearly they have something to hide as I requested to see in full all paperwork! I'm not even trying to dispute the fees for cleaning on which I had to spend 1 hour cleaning bits not done after they've gone, literally dirt floor everywhere as if the place was not hoover at ALL. I'm not disputing the fact that all linen and towels went missing and mix up with others, only after I showed them serious frutation several times about their way to communicate and deal with simple instructions, they finally provided all my items back (although charging for a handle from screwfix on which I never seen it yet). I'm disputing the fact that they charged me £150 for painting walls on which after 1 week it was peeling again. I instructed them to do stop bookings for 1 week to allow time to paint to dry and they could do paint job properly, but handyman was instructed by Zaneta to only do a quick fix (she is supposed to be the manager of the bookings but can't tell you how many times I asked things to be done and nothing was completed, simple instructions such as improve property description on which was full of typo errors and missing gaps!). I'm not disputing the fact that I saw in the bookings folder at office when Amanda showed me an amount of £212 of a guest booking on which is not to be seen on the statement.!!! I have been sending emails requesting to them to revise the statement 'errors' providing me money of MY property used as holiday let. THEY DON'T REPLY EMAILS APPARENTLY TOO BUSY. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN OR THE LEAST THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED HAVING SERIOUS CRIMINAL LAW SUITS AGAINST THEM. I have other things to do since I didn't lose much money I can't be bothered, but please share this for others so hopefully other Landlords will request an investigation on their accounts!
