I have rented my flat out twice through We Will Homes and each time they were helpful, friendly and efficient. They kept me informed of any repairs needed in my property and pretty much took care of everything for me for a very reasonable price. Pretty awful experience, they completely overcharged us from our deposit; £87 for what they called 3 hours cleaning (unnecessary). They didn't bother organising problems to be fixed - our kitchen tap broke very early on and we were stuck with it. They tried to do a ''house check' for next door instead of us, at least note the address!! And only put their head round the door (if they showed up) - I have to take time off work to be there! I advise landlords and tenants to avoid!!... Read more
