John Tape's friendly advice and general helpfulness were first-rate. He was clear and informative throughout the selling process and went to great lengths to deal with the prospective purchasers personally for us which saved us much stress. We cannot overemphasise our appreciation of his efforts on our behalf. It was like having a friend in the business!

The whole team At Webbers have been brilliant, Andrew was honest and professional throughout, Hilary and Gary managed the majority of viewings and were simply great, calm, polite and putting everyone at ease. Mandy and Lisa completed the background admin promptly and kept me informed at every stage to completion, without me having to chase them. the whole team have worked seamlessly to make the entire process as stress free as possible for me, I would definitely recommend Webbers highly to anyone selling their home.

Some Webbers agents have got no empathy with people in regards to mental health problems while renting from them in Launceston . I think it’s absolutely disgusting, because they are working daily with numerous amounts of people I think they should be going on mental health courses how to react and be with people who are severely depressed with anxiety et cetera. The last phone call I made I had to drop the phone. I explained that I got mental health problems And I needed help with an issue, and she said I’ve got problems. What a way to act and speak to somebody who’s depressed severely with mental health issues ,I’ve got problems she said, yeah okay Mrs we all got problems, but I’m just stating a fact. i’m not very well, and you’re acting unprofessionally. They never seem to care and worry that you have problems with an issue in your rented accommodation, Even when it’s a serious problem, but if you haven’t paid your rent in one day they’re quickly after you then.

100% from day one one when I spoke to Gary, he went out of his way to arrange a viewing the following day as we had a long journey. Agreed we wanted to buy that day and he followed it all through to completion. Accommodating throughout - doing far more than I would expect - thankyou

I had a great experience with the Launceston Webbers team. I viewed quite a few properties with them and they were always very informative and supportive with my purchase.
Viewings were always flexible and clear correspondence was always issued for my viewings.
Hilary in particular was wonderful as I had a couple of viewings with her and Gary for showing me my dream property even when I thought I had cancelled it! Terrific service.

We just sold our charming cottage with the Webbers Launceston office. Andrew was our first contact and from the get go we were impressed with his professional attitude and his attention to detail. He produced a delightful video which set the bar high for anyone searching the web and in a very sticky market he guided us through. Once a buyer was found we dealt mostly with Tina in the office who spent quite some quality time negotiating on our behalf during one weekend. We were impressed with ALL the team in the office and are so happy we chose them, it was a big decision to get it right. Big Thank you to all....

I have recently sold and purchased a property through Webbers Estate Agents, dealing with Launceston and Bude Offices. They have provided an exceptional service and fantastic customer care.
We had some difficult issues to overcome and Webbers were extremely professional, attentive, understanding and efficient every step of the way.
The marketing materials they produced for us were excellent, and the publicity was extensive and well thought through. I appreciated the high level of communication and updating I received from start to finish.
The entire team was friendly and supportive and I really felt looked after. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
