Ordered some parts online which I received next day, this was excellent.
However when checking the contents there was a rubber washer missing which is an essential part.I phoned the sales department and was promised I would receive the washer next day.After five days I still did not receive the washer and then I spoke to a manager who sent me another washer overnight which I have received.The next day I received the first washer sent by normal 2nd class post dated the 2nd of June(which should have been sent on the 28h of May by overnight).
This is a great company and they have an abundance of spares and the overnight delivery is excellent service but on this occasion I was let down.

Great builders merchants who we use regularly as they have great stock levels and always have what we need. The team are very helpful and friendly when we go in store and also when we call up to see if they can recommend a product for a problem we need to overcome. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Everything ok until goods arrived. £70 of unusable wood - waste of time and money.
Have increased this rating due to behaviour of company, the wood was still terrible and should not have been sent. However this Company has where possible helped out many in this crisis by staying open in a very safe manner. A lot of Emergency work has been enabled to be carried out by this company continuing to supply materials, Also the guy on the gate needs a medal - he was running up and down directly people into and out of the premises and loading also so no contact required - exceptional service for disabled customers.
