After struggling to sell our house with previous estate agents for quite some time we met with Simon at West Kent Estates! He gave us some very helpful advice that showed he knew his stuff when it came to property planning/ building issues. The service I received from Simon Homes (West Kent Estates) was exemplary! From me viewing the property for the first time until the day of completion and as this was the first time I was buying a property on my own I didn't know where to start! Simon made the whole overwhelming, stressful and very daunting processes go very smoothly. He even came and helped me measure for curtains and other furniture on quite a few occasions! West Kent Estates gave us great service! They gave us recommendations for house clearance companies, ran two open days for viewings and recommended the best offer to take from the 12 that we received! The greatest aspect was where they continued to act as a conduit for those involved, i.e. Us the seller, the buyer and the various solicitors, more work was required than usual as the sale was for an estate.
