West lancs council worst ever ,done no repairs in 9 years, haven't fixed the damage to my property that other tenant caused been over a year there anti social behavior unit want firing don't do anything about tenants causing a nuisance and disturbance in my block having not one two dogs that cause a nuisance that your not allowed joke council

I'd like to know why we, including my elderly parents have contacted this 'provision' for years about our neighbour's actions, but to this day it's to no avail!?
Your representatives have come and gone, brought their colleagues to our home, reports written, photos taken, evidence submitted and yet my parents have been left high and dry, by their Council!
I fail to comprehend how my vulnerable, elderly parents have been left no further forward - with no contact whatsoever.
No wait....they do have their ongoing health conditions, restrictions on their lifestyles etc - due to the neighbours ONGOING fires!!! Nevermind the impact on wildlife, on the environment etc. ????????

Cut all the trees down behind our property without and dialogue with the residents.
The contractors they used lied to us about what they were cutting down
no train concessions for pensioners where a few mile down the road Sefton council do offer it
We even have to pay to have our garden waste removed awful CC

Really am getting sick to death with the housing repair service we had Colin come out to inspect our property over a month ago and he noted repairs needed doing to the window which was causing damp I keep chasing this up but still nothing 1 month later I have a 2 year old toddler who's health is being affected from it and a newborn baby I really am considering legal action because I keep getting fobbed off with we will call you back wish I could leave zero stars rant over ...

Tried to pay council tax it had taken nearly ten weeks to get a bill from them. Sent direct debit mandate hand deliverd to council reception as thought safest way. They lost it in internal mailing system. On visiting council offices was unable to talk to them direct so given phone number. Promised a call back but nothing. How do u pay your council tax for this council. Totally useless.

On Greetby Hill outside the Nursery Avenue Recreation Field, stands the most useless, dangerous Speed sign, this advises to increase your speed from 20 to 30 mph. It is a very short distance to the most dangerous bridge in Lancashire as you approach Dark Land.
However there is a warning sign just a few feet from the bridge sited too late to slow from 30 mph, which is obscured from view in a vehicle by vegetation!

Town is still littered with imperialist bunting like 2 months after the colonial celebration. Rats are infesting everywhere in ormskirk and the private sector is neglecting paving outside their property to dangerous levels with seemingly zero consequences.
