I had a Letting contract with them as a landlady. We agreed for the letting fee of £900. Finally they took £1388.40 from me. They haven't paid me for the last 2 months. They took money for bills but never had paid them to me. Never answered the phone and emails or letters. Keep away from them.... Read more

I started looking in Northfields recently and was overwhelmed with the amount of estate agents on one strip, after popping into a majority of them I came across WLR and was politely greeted, unlike a lot of the other agencies there. All the staff were very helpful and made it very easy to understand the process of moving in as it was the first place I had rented.
