Had our Christmas dinner here and the service was amazing. The food too, the ambience of the place is both family friendly and an all girls night out????. Definitely recommend this spot.

Fabulous spot to stay. Lovely rooms, good wifi and very comfy bed. When we arrived there was a small hiccup with our booking but Sylvie ordered 2 free drinks, sat with us and sorted the issue. Totally charming and professional. We will be back

We had the choice of breakfast or brunch, arriving close to noon. The Hayden has a very warm, friendly and professional atmosphere with reasonable prices. Our breakfast was absolutely stunning, we will definitely be back!

Excellent place to stay. Very comfy, spotlessly clean rooms . Friendly welcome with a complementary drink on arrival. Tasty food & generous portion sizes in the restaurant/bar, Highly recommend ????

great location - great rooms - great food - friendly service. stayed up top pub in one of the eight rooms. highly recommend for quiet stay in a perfect location.

Quirky place to stay, really nice room excellent food (the fish tacos are fantastic), and great cocktails.
The staff were attentive and friendly.
My only issue is the people smoking right outside the doors, meant that we ate our meal with the smell of cigarette smoke throughout.
I would still recommend it for both the food and the rooms.

Excellent service and good atmosphere. Decent food. Can get busy so make sure you reserve to eat. Bar and restaurant. Light on vegetarian or vegan options which is a shame.

Great pub restaurant... Very close to bayswater station... The pub is in the corner of the block so that makes it spacious which is ab extra point.... I ordered the lamb rib which was the best lamb rib I ever had in london... The prices are ok surely not cheap but it deserves any penny.
