Avoid the agents from Wex&Co! They advertise refurbished apartments and the living conditions are horrible. They promised to fix the issues but they just delay and do nothing in the end. We had to move from the flat as it was cold the boiler was broken and not safe at all. Terrible experience overall, they refused to return the deposit because we moved 1 month before the contract ends in january!! But they didn’t care that there was no heating or hot water! Avoid them!!!... Read more

Very bad experience. Avoid this agency, the staff seemed to be very friendly at the beginning but they after signing the contract they ignore us completely. we have reported that the apartment was damp and the boiler was not working properly but they didn't care.... Read more
