We only stayed 3 nights we left today. We had a prestige caravan tucked away in a corner was lovely. Our first caravan holiday and we enjoyed it. Friendly staff. Clean caravan. Slight criticism is that we didn't have stuff like an oven cloth or a smart TV but other than that it was brilliant ???? we will come again Very good value for money... Read more

Little gem for anyone with food allergies or vegan and vegetarian. I'm not any of those but my husband has food allergies, its hard to find a place that caters to his needs and that I find satisfying as well but this place hit the nail on the head beautifully. Honestly one of the most peaceful haven stays we've had, we stayed down in Cheltenham and it was amazingly peaceful. Amazing chalet, clean when we got in, everything to standard, a surprise deck which we weren't expecting! For the price we paid we got a steal. I only give four stars as the outdoor pool was closed and the buttermilk burger on the menu was definitely not buttermilk but southern fried chicken!! Amazing stay, will come again!!... Read more

Park itself was great beautiful view, great pool, small arcades but was still entertaining, very friendly staff. Only issue we had was a weird smelling caravan to start with, think it was their cleaning supplies but we found it hard to deal with, luckily with having the windows and doors open for 2 days seemed to clear it out. Such a great holiday park with many facilities and amenities like: indoor/outdoor pool, arcade games, bar restaurant, entertainment shows, kids playground, mini golf and more. My daughter really enjoyed all of them especially the ‘lazy’ river of the outside pool :). It’s also relatively close to the beach and the city centre. Came back home yesterday from Weymouth omg breath taking.. The site was clean managed to get in the entertainment room every night, staff friendly, plenty of swim sessions, managed to get on the activities as well.. Everything was perfect.. For an Haven its Average overall, entertainment bar is quiet small in comparison to some of the others and the swimming facilities and arcades are very limited too. Prices on food drink and shops are extortionate, but that's the same across the entire haven company not just this site. Staff are all very friendly and attentive. The outdoor place area over looked by the bar seating area is really good idea, you can relax have an overpriced drink whilst watching your children. With Weymouth a stones throw away there's plenty to do.... Read more

Barring the mix up in their computer system on timing to get there I would definitely go back. I went there with my almost 5 year old son and its a great place to go. He loved the activities and our daily trip to the beach. We took our scooters and it was great fun.... Read more

A great location Ans family friendly holiday Park. Had a pretty decent 3 bed caravan. A small maintenance issue was sorted on arrival within minutes. A mobile text service made it easier. The park had a few activities, but were all fully booked for the three days we were there, even though we had paid for stay and play. But no issues, on the last day, simply a text sorted out a refund for the play part.... Read more

Security guard was very rude to myself & my husband. We are both exempt from wearing a mask. He said "what both of you? " like he didn't believe us which made is feel discriminated against. Also the guy on the door to the outside area was very rude to my husband and demanded he prove his exemption by showing him an exemption card. The world has gone mad! Talk about make you feel uncomfortable. What happened to customer service? On a more positive note the restaurant manager was very accommodating with our sons dietary requirements. The two guys who are in charge of the bungee trampoline were very pleasant & even though they had closed the trampoline they reopened it for my son who'd been looking forward to going on it.... Just had a mini break in a Deluxe Prestige caravan. Nothing like the photos on their site but adequate. Sofa stained & when stripped bed, mattress stained. Always take our own bottom sheet & pillows. Check in was easy, shop well stocked & staff friendly. We've been using Haven for years & sometimes standards have slipped.... Read more

Just returned from Haven Weymouth Bay and cannot praise Haven enough! Beautiful location, fantastic Prestige caravan which was spotless and very friendly and helpful staff. We had a great meal in the Cafe Bar. Haven's cleanliness regime is faultless. Will be sticking with Haven in future.... Read more
