We employed White and Sons for our house sale in Redhill in 2023. We went through a tough market and uncertain times to start with but the professionalism of the W&S team was brilliant. We started in spring and eventually sold the property in December - throughout the journey James, Luke and Kieran handled uncertainties in a way which I believe puts them in a league very different to many high street estate agents - they were patient, meticulous and transparent. Whilst the front end was managed by the trio, Sue was in charge of the documentations which were managed without a single fault :). We recently used White & Sons for our house sale. From the start of the process right through Luke and the whole team were professional and helpful. Luke, Kieran & James actively arranged and managed viewings right away. All negotiations and offers were handled sensitively with great communication and Sue made sure we got all important paperwork and information quickly and with no problems. We really appreciated how well informed we were kept throughout and how Luke helped communication flow more easily between both parties and the solicitors.
