????Scamers???? take care, was informed by Rob the landlord agreed to go a head and rent the property to me and asked me to pay the holding deposit. And later refused to rent and told me they won't refund the deposit as its not refundable and they didn't this before, I think there is scam they are doing they do viewings and collect deposits and not refunding money to people, Never pay them any money they are scammer, I am reporting them and escalating my complaint, this is illegal, ????????????Stay Away???????????? !! Avoid them at any cost !! They are the most unorganised, unprofessional and the rudest agency I have ever been with, they have left us without a shower for over 3 months, the lied about the property being professionally cleaned, all they care about is money! Lesley and Rob their head of lettings are the people that we have been dealing with, Rob was lying through his teeth to get us into the property, these people don’t have any respect for their tenants! And now since we left the property they are causing so many issues it’s actually an utter joke.... Read more

I would just like to praise Danielle from Whiteknights who was a revelation whilst selling and buying our new home. It was a very slow process encumbered by COVID restrictions, people working from home etc. But Danielle always returned my calls and emails and had the knack of getting the information from us that was both needed and required. Spencer’s wood Whiteknights, Have for the first time used these guys for buying a house on behalf of my elderly parents , since the outset , I’ve found them to be efficient, straight forward, and very easy to deal with , for me it was very important to be in touch as soon as I needed, and I quick response as I live abroad, this didn’t seem in any way to be a problem for the team in any way , not only that they were very friendly and helpful through every step of the way! I would like to say a special thanks to Tom Fisher who was their for every question I needed in an instant great service, indeed an asset to whiteknights I’m sure , also David Teague and his team including Wendy who have been so paramount to us finely being able to make mum & dads twilight years in a home they wanted, and for that I thank you all.
