Definitely one of the premier agents in Bath with a real commitment to service and performance. From the first meeting with Duncan, a fair valuation and competitive pricing through to a quick sale at asking price the team worked effectively to get the transaction competed. In particular Simon who was dealing with the shortest chain possible but had to contend with a poor quality agent on my onward transaction and an unrealistic vendor. The difference between Nash & Co. and the other agent in the process was marked. The values the business have make them stand out especially compared to some of the chain agents in the area.
