We have rented out our property with Whitlocks for over 15 years and always found them to be incredibly helpful and professional. Fleur has been there all the way and has always been approachable and had our best interests at heart.
Just recently we have sold our two properties with Whitlocks and things could not have gone better. We were given excellent support and advice from Will, who was always quick to respond to our questions and helped us through the whole process. Both sales went through very quickly and we were kept informed of the progress throughout. There was never a thought of using any other agent as we have always been completely satisfied with the service that Whitlocks provide. At a time where we were becoming a bit disillusioned with estate agents in general during our search, Tony at Whitlocks came out of the blue and he has been fantastic throughout our entire process. We just completed today and there was never a time where he could do enough for us, going as far as answering emails on days off and going what was probably outside his job description to make sure we were okay and progressing nicely. If he represents Whitlocks as an agency, then they are great. Couldn't recommend them more. All hail Tony!

A Smart
We recently purchased a property in Newlyn through Whitlocks. We primarily dealt with Will , who was an absolute professional throughout. You cannot under estimate the need for excellent customer service in the house buying process , it can be so stressful ! However at every point of contact , Will and his colleagues were responsive , ensured call backs and chasers happened , and actually drove our purchase to completion when the solicitors were unable to do so. Add to this Will went out of his way to ensure we had keys ready for us out of hours , and made additional trips to the property to drop additional keys off once received. We highly recommend the service from Whitlock’s , we’ve previously had a purchase fail and it took a lot of searching to find a property.From start to finish Whitlocks made the difference with this purchase. There are other estate agents out there, and over the last year we’ve had interactions with many in Cornwall .. no one has come close to this level of service. Im not sure why you would use anyone else.

Whitlocks acted on my behalf. Selling my parents property in pendeen Cornwall. This was not straightforward as I have moved to Spain do communication was via emails. Tony my agent went above and beyond to help me seel my property as smoothly as was possible. A first class service was provided. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

The staff at Whitlocks are both friendly and efficient. As a rental service they have been superb in maintaining and checking on the property as well as finding good tenants.
I have just sold the property and I'm pleased to say that their sales team is equally good. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We have been with Whitlocks for 2 years now. We have another property with another agent. The service is like chalk and cheese. Whitlocks are always available to speak to or will ring back very promptly. They have got us 2 really good tenants and are just starting with no 3. Very professional
