Been a tenant since 2007 , after deciding to move premises we have been treated terribly. Sent a dilapidation report for 47k using the wrong inventory , caused stress and alarm to staff during Covid19. In addition they refused to take back the keys of the building by stating they would move for damages. They were in breach of the tenant and landlord act 1954 and I would never allow them near managing a property.... Read more

I needed to shut down my company as I could not afford to run anymore as the unit they provided was very expensive for the space that was there so I asked if there was anything I could do but there surveyor James Kenyon had a right attitude on him not professional in the slightest but I was told he would call me back with what we can do but he never did , then 3 months down the line I got a phone call with James Kenyon saying he's going to chase me and my family for money I would highly recommend that you STAY AWAY from this company as they still won't let me hand the keys back and it's getting on for the 4th month I haven't been occupying the premesis for .. There basically racking up a big bill so they can take me to court.... Read more
