Appalling from start to finish. We have been in good faith attempting to engage Ewan to let a commercial property, but in the first instance had a viewing rearranged and then throughout our attempted negotiation process, the service has been horrendous. I have tried to call Ewan who then does not call back and email to which he answers only when he can be bothered. As a result of the insufferable attitude and service from this company we have had to admit defeat despite offering the full asking price on Newlands Street, simply because Ewan and the company are impossible to deal with. If I was a landlord or indeed anyone thinking of using this shambles of a company, I would look elsewhere. Avoid at all costs!... Read more

I wasn’t going to post this review but after being spammed with emails months after dealing with the company I am. People out there should know when a bad experience has occurred. Terrible experience trying to lease properties with this company. Was kept on a wild goose chase for over 15 weeks trying to make progress with two different properties, that never got passed us giving all the credentials. Never contacted us with updates. We had to phone multiple times to try draw blood from a stone. Kept information from us for no reason. I genuinely never understood the reason people always spoke badly about estate agents until dealing with this company. Not only that, after 15 weeks of hard graft, on our end, trying to complete with a property. We were finally told that the landlord didn’t want people / business of our sort in his premises. Why it took whybrow that long to tell us that I have no idea. But thanks again for dragging us along when you knew our situation. We then looked at another property with them which we were assured we’d have no issues of the sort. Only to put multiple generous offers in and get told (after again, drawing blood from a stone) that the landlord had accepted another persons offer… what’s laughable is that months later I’m receiving spam email advertising the very properties we were trying to proceed with. That’s after asking to be taken off the mailing list. So all in all. Will not give you any information when you’re trying to get it, make excuses to get away with not talking to you and then, when you don’t want it they spam your emails after requesting to be taken off. Genuinely feel like we were taken for a joke and palmed off. But I have to thank them in a way, because we’ve now had a much more pleasant experience with another local estate agents that cannot even compare to the experience had here.... Read more

Shocking service have been emailing them for over a month and they have not had the common courtesy to respond. Try and find another commercial agent in town. In addition have had problems with the current building we rent from Whybrow & Dodds Limited with the landlord being Mr Whyrow. Once again could not be more unhelpful with any ongoing issues with the building, anyone looking to take up a tenancy beware.... Read more
