Very poor experience with the Huddersfield branch. I am having to do a ridiculous amount of the work they are supposed to do, I might as well have gone with purple bricks as the standard is so low that I am having to do everything myself, including the viewings as the estage agents do not show up. Very disorganised and seems that there is no communication between the colleagues regarding each customer. Extremely frustrating working with this team. Unhappy to pay for them to not do their job, as promised on the contract.

I rang in, 5 March 2024, to discuss a property advertised, asked if it was vacant possession. What's vacant possession? Seriously? I'm assuming the girl was a newbie, but where is your professionalism? I never got emailed details either. I searched and found myself, so what is point of WH Brown estate agents, who'll happily take their fee?

I have now just had my mortgage in principle finalised by the best mortgage advisor Anne. Anne has helped me so much during the most stressful times of buying a house and thinking back to it, it actually was less stress for me all thanks to her! She is trustworthy and fair brining such a good name to William H Brown, I could not have asked for anyone better to have dealt with this.
My experience is overwhelmingly positive, from the start of the process to the end. Customer service is top tier and always got a call back when I asked. Anne was always super quick to respond to my email equerries. There is no doubt that William H Brown is the best estate agents, and for me, it’s Anne’s lovely support that did it for me.
I would have given 100 stars if I could, lots of love and one big happy customer ????

If you need a mortgage advisor I recommend you to contact Anne Luby. She was fantastic, she permanently stayed in touch with me and in 2 days we got the mortgage approved. Continuously she updated me about my application status and all the paperwork that needs to be done. Best of best ????

I bought my house with William H Brown and and service was so good and professional that when we went to sell it I didn't hesitate to use them again. The valuation was higher than I was expecting, and they were absolutely correct as the second offer was exactly what they valued it at. They provided timely information, answered the phone each time I called and were always chasing the completion for me. A special mention to Ash and Shona who spent long hours on the phone on my behalf.
