PLEASE AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENT!
Absolutely shocking treatment received from this estate agent.
We had 2 “potential” viewings which both cancelled on the morning when the viewing was meant to take place. We asked and chased WH Brown if they’d like to reschedule their viewing, and they replied with- I don’t know I’ll have to ask them. Wouldn’t this have been a standard question to ask with a potential sale on hand ?? This happened on both occasions as well.
We kept having to ring up to see what was happening and to see what they were doing to sell the property, which all we got back was : how would you like us to promote it??
Finally we gave our notice of leaving the estate agent on the 20th of December, we was released on the 6th February and between them times, all weekly updates stopped and no contact was made. No questions where asked of why we chose to leave, and if there was any feedback to give?
Would highly recommend to anyone to choose another estate agent.

Not good service at all, not many viewings, we called a couple of times to remove the sign from our fence and they just ignored us… it was over 6 months ago!
I don't recommend this agency.

Izzy was absolutely fantastic throughout the buying process. Izzy kept everyone involved updated throughout the process, and went above and beyond on multiple occasions to help us out. An asset to WHB and her tenacity, organisation and resilience put our own sales negotiator to shame

Would give a zero if I could. Communication is absolutely terrible. Put in an offer for a property and didn't find out till months later that the owner hadn't even told the tenants. No communication of this from William H brown had to find out through the estate agents selling our house. Constant delays in responses and ended up having to pull out of the sale completely ruining our current house sale. Would not recommend at all. Very poor service overall.

Just bought house using them .. found communication very lapse with original agent dealing with us to find out she'd been transferred?? And not answered emails and calls sent to her and nothing followed up ??

The WORST estate agent I’ve ever had dealings with. Absolutely no trouble at all getting you to sign up for a property, in constant communication and happy to take deposits out your hands but the minute you terminate your tenancy all the BASIC customer service skills go out the window. Countless emails ignored, by Conor in particular, but the second I called him unprofessional in an email suddenly his fingers worked and he could reply to an email, absolutely 0 communication regarding the end of our tenancy and getting our deposit back, myself and our landlord had to fight to get any kind of response from them and then when we did finally get communication it was lie after lie. It took 32 days to get our deposit back which is absolutely unacceptable. If I could review with 0 stars I would. Their staff need to go on customer service skills course, as someone who also works in the housing sector, I would never dream of treating a customer the way they treated us. I’ve never come across a more incompetent bunch of people- and this is putting it nicely. We’re now with another estate agent and the difference between them is like night and day, maybe they should take a leaf out of their competitors books. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
