What can I say about the team that work here? My house was sold within a week through their promotion! The team are incredible so professional, going above and beyond. Kallum with his chasing of our buyers company and Amy bringing me down off the ceiling when I was panicking, and dealing with my constant phone calls and enquiries so efficiently and professionally she really knows her stuff. They are real people, you can actually have a conversation with them. Thank you so much to all (especially Amy)

We have dealt with Aimee from William H brown over the last 9 weeks. Aimee has pulled out all the stops to try and get us a completion date before Christmas. With delays with solicitors Aimee has bridged the gap in communication and continuously advocated for us throughout the buying process.
Without Aimee we would have been stuck and we are extremely grateful for her help!

The service provided at the Maltby branch of William H Brown was excellent. After a long pause in an offer being accepted and waiting for solicitors, I enquired at the branch for a progress report. Aimee pulled out all the stops, working tirelessly to find out what the delay way, and went well above and beyond what I would have expected, calling solicitors on both parts, engaging with the buyer, and keeping me informed of the progress she was making. I was very impressed with her professionalism and her personable approach to hurrying along the process. A first-class service.

Absolutely A1 service from Calum and the team down at William H brown in regards to the sale of my house, it’s been my first time selling a house it has been very stressful but Calum always had time for me and my questions no matter how many or how stupid they came across, they put my mind at ease even after the house fell through on one occasion and then found a suitable buyer for my property, the whole team were very professional and the all round service I received has been excellent. Thanks again for everything and would definitely recommend selling or renting out your property with William H brown in Maltby.
