We move out from Unit in December and we have agree that William will change all media (gas, electric and water) after 4 months I have to do by myself as received many warnings that I 'm not paying bills. Also he let plumber go into my empty unit and CCTV camera worth 200£ disappear nobody take responsibility. Shocking service. Shame that I can't leave 0 stars. Just simply Avoid... Read more

Don't trust William Lean if you don't to waste your time go else where he's racist and play with your mind, he makes me wait more than 3 weeks after all he simply say I won't give you the shop and I ask why he put the phone down on me I call back again I ask him what is the reason he simply says no reason. shame on you William lean wasting people time I could've rent another shop if you didn't waste my time... We saw this Office space in Mutley and showed interest and requested to have it. The man said that he will speak with the owners and get back.He made us wait like 3 weeks and came back with a higher rent than originally displayed for which we still agreed to sign for, at this point he convinced us that we could have it. Then all of a sudden he disappeared again. We tried calling him and messaging him for another 2 weeks where he completely ignored us and all of a sudden got a message today saying that the property has gone to someone else. Not only this ruined our hopes but also a huge amount of our time chasing him up. He could have had the decency to just say that he wasn't interested in the first place or answered one of those hundreds of calls that we made. Really disappointed.... Read more
