Williams Estates should not be trading and needs to be inspected by the Business Standards Group. They have with held rental money owed to us for months, and have come up with every excuse in the book not to pay us back. We are taking them to court and we would encourage anyone to be wary of doing business with these people.... Read more

very bad experience with them. Don't rent with them, they never do anything for you. had no shower for months. also they hold your deposit by making up lies. now we're out of the country and we feel safe to tell people.There are better and more professional agents out there but students stay away from them...
