I am pleased to say that I had the pleasure of dealing with Dan and Jo at Wilson & Co and the service was over and above what we would normally have expected from a local estate agent. Dan was always on hand to show around our prospective buyers and he handled the negation with our eventual purchasers expertly and with empathy and consideration for both sides. I would recommend Wilson & Co every time. Jo looked after the process for us with our buyers and the communication was exceptional at all times, which is very helpful when solicitors can be far from supportive at important moments as far as clarity on how the purchase is proceeding. We would definitely recommend wilson&co. Photography of the house was professionally done, which led to lots of interest in the house and multiple quick offers. The sale was complicated but Jo and the team provided lots of support, including chasing solicitors up etc to get paperwork done. Overall very happy with the service.... Read more

An excellent alround service is offered and actually provided by this estate agent. Nothing is too much trouble for all of the staff at every level and most importantly they are easy to contact when you need them.
