We were relocating from overseas and under time pressure to find a property to avoid significant short term accommodation costs. After being messed around by another large agency, Filipa agreed to take us on some viewings on a Saturday afternoon after only a couple of hours notice. She was able to get tenants to agree to viewings on short notice and was lovely to deal with. Filipa worked on getting paperwork completed outside of work hours and was able to finalise a property agreement for us within 6 days of that first contact, just before Christmas. If I could give 0 stars I would. Farce of an organisation. Typical estate agency that's determined to get a deal over the line. But when it comes to maintenance and paying back your deposit, it's absolutely painful. High turnover of staff means you will have to explain yourself again and again. I know my landlord would say the same given they are looking to sell the house now and have decided to use a different agent.... Read more
