Others from the team even if not directly involved in the sale of my house were also very nice, passing on messages as they said they would and helpful on subjects that they could deal with directly.

A very professional agency which I would recommend. They did what they said they would do (action something or call back etc) which hasn't happened with other agencies I've dealt with! They acted quickly in urgent situations. This was for a rental for my daughter (with me as guarantor). From previous experience, agencies have been less respectful of a young person renting, but this was not the case for Winkworths. We mainly dealt with Charlie, but I also had good service from his colleagues too.
