I used winkworth to rent out my property after I had a nightmare tenant. I was recommended Victoria and she was fantastic from the start, she got me the perfect tenant and restored my faith in the rental market.
I also used winkworth to sell my property with Julie. Julie was always on the ball and very good at keeping me up to date. I heard more information from Julie than I did from my own solicitor.
I would highly recommend both Julie and Victoria, they are a credit to Winkworth.

I have attented viewing to rent 2 bed flat in Newark but I was rejected for no reason after long time of waiting. Why to waste people's time and money if you are not going to rent property after all?

spoke to a lady named olivia who was nice but transferred phone to Julie. Most passive aggressive rude woman i have spoken to in a while. Glad i'm not buying a house from them

We purchased our home through Winkworth in January 2020 and found Daniel and his colleagues to be extremely supportive, no matter what the question or how little it seemed to us they took the questions very seriously and guided us through the potential pitfalls that can occur when purchasing a house.
During our search we came across other agents and I have to do admit that I was not impressed as much as I was with Winkworth and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling through this agency who put the customer first and foremost.

We recently sold our property through Winkworth in Newark and most of the service we received was very good.
Sam was very friendly and professional when he visited to carry out the valuation. He provided all the information we needed before making our decision to market with them.
Viewings came quite quickly with a few offers, one of which we accepted.
We were assured our first time buyers had everything in place to proceed however, this was not factually correct.
One important factor not disclosed was the buyers access to their deposit.
Winkworth work on a 12 week window which they say it takes a solicitor to complete everything. This was not the case as it took approx 7 and our solicitor informed us it rarely takes 12.
As the offer presented to us did not include all the facts, our completion was delayed by 5 weeks waiting for our buyers to have access to their deposit.
Given all the facts of the offers received in the first instance, may have resulted in us selling to a different party.
A mention must go to Val who works extremely hard liaising between all concerned; a credit to Winkworth.
Had we not been misled with the facts, the star rating would have been higher.

I was alarmed when my local Winkworth closed just after finding a buyer for me. My case was transferred to Newark’s Winkworth. The case became long and complicated but Val was fantastic, proactive and caring. I was very impressed with Winkworth.
