David was excellent throughout the whole buying process. He was available at any time of the day, weekdays and weekends. Always tried to make both parties happy and his help was crucial to get the deal done as quickly and smoothly as possible. He was involved daily checking with all parties involved where things were and chasing solicitors, mortgage brokers etc. Would definitely recommend!

We approached David with some very specific requests in our search for a flat in London. David identified a few options, among which one that perfectly fit our needs. David helped on a daily basis in the process, with a very rigorous and professional approach and at the same time understanding all the difficulties and supporting us closely. We could count on him at any time of the day; he was always very nice, irrespective of how many questions we continuously posed him. Thanks to him, the whole process has been very smooth for us and not stressful at any stage. We will certainly go back to David in the future.

Charlie and his team were exceptional in selling my flat. Really detailed, clear communication, which built an honest, trustworthy relationship, and brilliant instincts and advice. We had a great process, from initial valuation to a pretty quick completion, including some brilliant redecorating work from John and the team at Express Maintenance - all arranged and managed by Winkworth.
I couldn’t recommend Charlie more - he really was everything I could have asked for. Thank you again!

Our experience with David and the sales team was second to none. At all times extremely professional, amiable and pleasant to deal with, they went out of their way to accomodate us by helping us scope out the works we wanted to carry out so we could get things moving immediately on completion. In short, the best real estate experience we could have hoped for.

David / Charlie went through a lengthy transaction with us. It was complicated and difficult to get through and it took five months from offer to complete. David was always very patient and made great efforts to pull the two sides together. Also, he kindly recommended highly competent lawyers to us which helped a lot. David and his team made a real difference and without them we could have walked away. I would recommend their service to others!

I have rented a property through them and have been in it for three months. Just a month ago my ceiling started leaking and it took the property management team and contractors a month to find out what the problem was, at the cost of drilling six holes in my ceiling. The leak was found to be coming from upstairs and the upstairs was not informed. The management team told me that the problem was solved for the time being, but the next day there was a massive leak when water was being used upstairs. Also there was dust falling from the holes. The windows and doors were closed and cold air was leaking through the holes. I have not heard back since Thursday when I was asked for a repair time.
This has affected our normal life for the whole month. I was really disappointed with the way their property management team handled the problem. I asked for the landlord's contact information once before but the management team did not give it to me.

The team at this branch of Winkworth are all extremely helpful and professional and I have always felt extremely well-looked after by them, first as a landlord when they were managing a property on my behalf and then as a vendor when selling that same property. I would like to particularly thank Tania, David, and Charlie, all of whom have gone above and beyond in ensuring that my concerns were always addressed promptly and resolved efficiently. These three team members have been an excellent support to me throughout my property ownership and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks for everything and all the best for the future!

Charlie’s advice, guidance and help was invaluable and, always going the extra mile, secured the best sale price I could have hoped for. Tania is a great manager and she helped me with everything and I could not recommend her enough. On the other hand the letting negotiator was really bad and that’s why I gave 3 stars as she stressed me out so much. Otherwise, it’s a good agency would recommend just be aware of the lettings negotiators.
