We had our second inspection today and this one I managed to be in the property for, Nigel was lovely and listened to me if I had any worries about anything maintenance in my home. He explained the process and was really nice and lovely to chat to.

We have been with Woo for over 5 years as renters. In a world of terrible agents with fees that were out of this world, Woo's fees were very reasonable (obviously fees no longer charged). They have been really good from the start and would recommend them - our landlord is not tech savvy and they have navigated that brilliantly.

My experience with Woo properties has been fantastic! It started with a great viewing where I was allowed the time to really look at the property. Diane has then liaised with me right up until collecting the keys. Diane has been so responsive, clear in communication and supportive. Thank you Diane for making this such a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Great company to work with. I Went through woo properties for my home never really had any major problems just minor ones and they have done the best to make sure all the problems are fixed ASAP .
I would recommend them they are quick to sorting repairs out on your property they advertise for home's to buy and rented accommodation.

If you are looking for a place to rent, do not go for Woo Properties. If there is a problem with the property they are extremely unresponsive and when they do respond, they are rude and lie. Luckily I've kept evidence of everything so I managed to catch them in a lie, but they will do anything to avoid dealing with repairs. If you need an update on something, they will not respond. Mike - the manager of Woo Properties, is the one that looks at property disrepair and gives his opinion on it, even though he does not specialise in that area. For example, he came to look at my roof rather than pay for a roofer to look at the roof to find out what the problem was. He also doesn't arrange for professionals to look at damp and mould, he does this himself too. This company does not like to outsource work to actual qualified professionals. There is no evidence provided to suggest that Mike is qualified to even do any of these things. Avoid!
