Rented a 2 bed apartment from these. Paid a big deposit. Didn't really think much of it as thought I'd get it back at the end. Left the house pretty much same as first day I moved in apart from all the dirt from the rising damp throughout the house. They tried to pull a fast one to keep the deposit. If you rent from these, my advice would be to take a video of everything throughout the property on the first day. Take photos also. This will help you with the tenancy deposit scheme when they try to take your money at the end... Read more
