I bought my park home new and was told everything was new. But they lied! And I do not have the garden area shown in the plans. Added to that, the water charge is above what Anglia Water charge for single residency, the same charge applies regardless if two people occupy. Sadly, we are not allowed to have meters - I wonder why! Probably because we were ripped off when a water leak raised the park's bill.

I applied for a kick starter job with Wyldecrest as a maintenance worker that should of gone out with the maintenance team to the different parks that Wyldecrest own to learn how to do all kinds of maintenance like fixing things and replacing extra but did the opposite of that for example i stayed at the main headquarters and had me cleaning the car park of leafs and litter also cleaning different peoples cars that work for the company, some cars are company cars and some not. Also the bosses cars.
Know one knows what they are doing as well as no one knows who's in charge of a Job, one person telling you one thing another guy telling you the opposite, proper annoying when you don't want to get in trouble for doing the wrong thing, also don't have the right tools for the unqualified jobs they give you, not only did i not have any health and safety gear i was not qualified for the type of job that were given but if i refused the job i would have been sacked on the spot.If we needed any tools or equipment they either had them or it was too expensive for them to buy, for example brooms, dustpan and brush, sponges for cars, health and safety mask and eye protection, protective overall ect.
The hole place is dodgy wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as the place I worked at is the Wyldecrest building that runs kyoto garden furniture, If your looking for garden furniture I'd go somewhere else if I was you, as the furniture is not looked after, I've seen it left in the rain as well as dragged across the floor, thrown across the place, kicked and stacked badly with too much weight on top.

Put a deposit of £1000 with David Cox on a Saturday afternoon 23rd October. We asked explicitly about cancellation process and had it noted on my copy of agreement. This was the rookery site. Decided over the weekend to cancel agreement.THIS WAS DUE TO THE CONDITION OF THE ACCESS ROAD. Called Mr Cox and head office to inform of cancellation. This was 1 working day. After , 25th Oct 21.after numerous phone calls and speaking to financial department still no refund.
I would NOT RECOMMEND WYLDECREST PARKS

Don't know what they are doing.
No one nows what they are doing or who is working on what .someone I know who works there got the job and was told they would be going out and gaining experience but instead they are told to pick leaves up from the car park.
Would NOT????????recommend seeking a job here ????

Had a caravan with them for two years, never missed a payment and sold it in early October and it has taken over three months for them to finally send MY money (which they haven't sent the right amount) only after at least fifty phone calls being passed from department to department. Nobody seemed to care because it wasn't their problem. Definitely won't be buying my next one with them, constantly trying to get money out of everything as soon as possible yet when it's other peoples money you can wait three months for a simple bank transfer.
