If I could give it a zero stars I would have four people in my household which 2 of them are disabled I rang them at 10 am because my toilet was overflowing and nobody can use it rang up a few times through the day I got told it was getting sorted. Rang up by 11 at night and got told because it was past 10 o’clock pm they wouldn’t be able to send out just to deal with it until next day The lack of care is just disgusting Nobody tells you no information nobody is honest with you... Was supposed to have a new kitchen fitted before Christmas, not had any updates ect, very unorganised housing association. Still waiting for basic repairs such as window vent replaced, for over 3 months now. MCC needs to buy their stock back as these associations are failing, day by day.... Read more

It has to be the worst council in the south of Manchester. 1. Lack of customer service 2. Very dodgy council house allocation to people that made a bid. I had an awful experience where I got the house but they pretended that I refused it and despite demanding the phone call record they said "sorry we can't find it". 3. They don't kick people from the council house that keep causing anti-social behavior and ruining the area. There are so many issues to list. However, let me tell you this; if they offer you a property, take it, purchase it and then sell after a while and move out of there like your life depends on it.... Read more

Spoke to someone named Claire today. I called to speak to my housing officer about a very sensitive issue. She made me explain the reasons to her before she tried contacting the officer, which are very personal and didn't have anything to do with her. After I told her she made very rude comments which I feel was very unnecessary considering her job role. Don't expect them to be considerate or sensitive to anything you're going through although you would expect it with them being the first point of contact. I wouldn't recommend this housing at all anymore!... Read more

The contractors they use never give any notice and just turn up expecting instant access. Wchg must love to waste money on repairs that the tenant never reported. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. No wonder the rents keep increasing year after year.... Read more
