As someone moving to the UK for the first time, Xavi & Co could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. Their whole team was generous with their time and helpful with their communications. I tried to find rentals with other brokers in the UK, and none of them went above and beyond like Xavi & Co. I have used Xavi and Co to manage my flat rental in Brentford since they opened over 10 years ago, having been let down by the competition. Alberto and his team have always given attention to detail and a 5-star service. They even managed to secure a buyer 3 years ago at its top valuation, but I changed my mind at the last minute and they kept their patience. They have always taken care to find the right tenant, lowering the risk of problems and default. As a fully managed service they are always quick to fix any issues and keep me informed.
