Terrible terrible service. Purchased a new build flat in Margate for a disabled relative. Agreed adaptations were not completed. Problem was only apparent after contracts exchanged, at which point they don't care. Our agent was rude and apperently in cohorts with his friend the developer, who was equally rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.
