I can't recommend the team at Yeoman & Owen enough. Gary, Kate and Kelly in particular are incredible assets to the company and made the sale of our property such a straightforward process, particularly in the face of some difficult buyer situations.
Estate agents like Yeomans may cost you a bit more than these online firms but my goodness are they worth it for their local knowledge and personal service.

Poor communication and quality of brochure. Unprofessional, gave us misleading advice about our buyers finances. Sale dragged on for 7months for a supposed no chain sale which we agreed at a lower sell price. Yeoman and owen seemed more concerned with our buyer than us as their customer who paid their bill. NOT recommended under any circumstances.

Yeoman and Owen were fantastic to deal with, though through no fault of anyone's we couldn't buy the house we initially went for being sold through Yeoman and Owen, I found their communication second to none, I felt they genuinely cared and understood our situation, and I never once felt like a burden. Great customer service and I would highly recommend.
