We put the offer in just as Lockdown begun. It has never been so stressful and slow to be able to move, but Janet was great. We shared jokes and frustration and she treated me like a person rather than just another customer. If I couldn't get hold of Janet for any reason, she always responded within 24 hours either by phone or email. We got the keys very early on completion da,y which after everything we had been through, just made me so happy. From start to finish, Janet and the team have been absolutely amazing! We first met Janet when we went to look at a house last year. She’s not like any other estate agent we’ve ever encountered- she’s genuinely lovely, listened, offered advice, didn’t try to hard sell- a real breath of fresh air! When the time was right to put our house on the market, we immediately decided to go through YesCanDo. Caroline and Sam were fantastic and the video tour gave our listing lots of shares. The marketing was brilliant and we always had feedback in a timely manner. We met with Melanie to discuss our mortgage needs and she was ‘on it’ straight away. Here are some words that describe them and the service you will receive...efficient, capable, communicative, friendly, truthful, helpful, hard working, on fire, enthusiastic, realists, problem solvers, energetic, fun, professional...the list goes on. If you want to sell a property then I can wholeheartedly recommend YesCanDo. I have just sold my flat through them and the whole process from start to finish has been incredibly quick and efficient. They put my property on the market and within the first few days there had been multiple viewings and offers being made. I accepted an offer at the price that I was after roughly a week after the whole process started.
