Shocking poor service, I advise sellers to avoid listing properties with this company. They initially state a good price to market the property to get your business. Then a few weeks later, get you to drop the price. They then found a buyer, and I incurred £1000’s in fees to obtain the leasehold pack and other paperwork from the freeholder. Anyway, after a few weeks, the buyer pulled out, and I am now left with abortive fees running into the £1000’s, and I am not willing to take a chance with this company as their due diligence of buyers is poor.

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Yieldit and the agent Jasmin Anusic was superb in handling my account. She was professional and punctual all throughout the period of the exchange. She constantly corresponding with me and all the parties involve hence we were able to have the exchange in the shortest possible amount of time. I, like many people, don't often write reviews. However, in this case, I really want to say thank you to Harry Fishpool and Alex Plaskett at Yieldit. Alex managed the sale for the vendor (we were the buyer.) he's a great communicator and totally professional. Harry, who handled the after sales process is to be 100% recommended. He was on the case every single day to get the deal done and frankly, made a hugely positive difference to the whole experience. If only everyone involved in the buying and selling of property were as reliable, helpful, responsive and professional as Harry! When I come to sell, I won't consider going anywhere else but Yieldit.

I tried to sell my apartment three times prior to choosing Yieldit and for one reason or another, the sales would just not close. Yieldit are the first agents who have managed to find not only a good buyer but have also sold my property today!
Their After Sales Team is a great asset to the Organisation! I would especially like to thank Harry Fishpool who worked tirelessly to make this sale happen. Harry ensured that all parties were kept up to date with developments throughout the sales cycle and furthermore even liaised with Management Companies when necessary. Harry’s professionalism, dedication and understanding made a huge difference and we managed to close the deal earlier than anticipated. I would highly recommend Yieldit to anyone considering to sell their property, whether tenanted or vacant. Yieldit has a good portfolio of Buyers and they strive to get a sale in the least time possible.
