We chose MUVA from the 4 estate agents that viewed our home to put it on the market as they spent the time telling us how they were going to sell the property rather than talking about their company. The estimate was accurate, the publicity impressive and their approach friendly but highly professional. The guidance offered helped us achieve a very good price in a very difficult market and the Neil and Morgan double act kept us well informed at all stages. If I was selling in the Ferndown area I would choose them over the more well known companies who appeared more aggressive and, in my opinion, with a tendency to over price to attract custom.
