Lynn Walters from Young’s RPS Sedgefield provided excellent customer service at every step of the way through the sales process. Buyers were secured very early on and, despite the lockdown imposed by COVID19, I was kept informed of all negotiations and progress throughout - even when transactions were temporarily referred to the Hexham branch. Cannot recommend Lynn or the company highly enough. Would I use them again? Most definitely.

Having been seriously let down by another local agent we were recommended to try Youngs. Not only was the financial package much better but also the quality of the service. The pictures of our previous property were excellent, a detailed floorplan, a successful advertising campaign. They kept in contact and found us a buyer incredibly quickly, even when this buyer let us down Youngs found another one almost immediately. The staff go above and beyond their responsibilities to ensure your sale goes through swiftly. Even prompting solicitors when required when they weren't providing the same quality service. I highly recommend you use this agent for the sale of your home should you be considering which one to use in the Sedgefield area.

Was recommended to youngs in Sedgefield by selwin hedgley . Of the estate agents selwin hedgely fame.
A difficult and expensive agricultural occupancy removed off my home. Tocketts bridge farm Guisborough.
Was tasked to John turnbull.
Sadly he didn't feel confident enough to do all the Work himself and barrister malcom bell was retained to advise.
Which is where the main of the charges and money we handed to john went sadly
HOWEVER THE WORK WAS DONE TO AN EXCEPTIONAL STANDARD WITH NO PROBLEMS WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITY AND IT'S POLICY ON REMOVEL OF ORDER AND ISSUING A CERTIFICATE OF LAWFULNESS. WHICH WENT THROUGH WITHOUT A HITCH
