I have used Your Move as a property management company for some years now and for much of that time my point of contact has been Vicky. Her work ethic is excellent. She works extremely hard to ensure that everything is done to keep my properties in good order, attending to the needs of the tenants and keeping me informed along the way. She ensures that things run smoothly and I am entirely comfortable that when a maintainance matter is left in her hands it will be dealt with efficiently and effectively. She is supported by a great time who all play their part in making excellent service possible. I have nothing but praise for Vicky and her team.

Kiri introduced us to our old rental property and was fantastic, she really supported us. When it came to moving, she visited us again to show viewers round, again we had such a lovely chat and she has such a lovely bubbley personality and it so smily!

I have been renting a property for no more than a week with this agency and already they managed to change my opinion about their service level by 100%.
Obvisiously, not much to say.. just I am contacting them, they are ignoring me and for a week now they are not doing the repairs they should…
For example of the repairs they are ignoring for a week now… with not even a reply back are the following:
end of October… and my windows handles are not working.. so windows are not closing… bear in mind I also have a 10month baby that lives in the house…
Another example would be : kitchen extractor doesn’t have a hole to extract the steam when I cook. My kitchen is a sauna whenever I cook… kitchen has a smell of mould and didn’t know why… now I do know!!!
Also speaking to Kayleigh, was a very unpleasant experience, she is awfully unprofessional and rude, I start to believe she is not human and also she is racist. She said I should live with the windows open until the landlord decides to approves the fixings. I have a 10month baby, when I told her it’s winter almost and we are used to a different climate, how long should I live like that. She said it’s autumn and I should get used to UK weather cause here is UK!

Me and my other half where shown around a flat by Kayleigh and I could not of expected a better viewing.
Kayleigh made us feel settled and comfortable, she didn't make us feel like we was talking to a salesman. She was very professional and has solidified the fact the our move if definitely the best agency to go with if you are looking a renting anywhere.

Moved in nearly 2 weeks ago with a list of issues longer then my arm ranging from 2 out of 3 toilets not working to oven broken. Still waiting for oven to be replaced and never receive call backs when promised. Once that have your money service stops right there.
