We have just made a new contract with this agency two months in advance of the move and we only have 2 days with the keys to our new home and they delivered it in very bad conditions everything was dirty the boiler does not work the bathroom has no water and it will be like this For two more weeks they are not responsible for the damage, everything that appears in the photos is a lie or very old photos, nothing is updated but well, that is typical of agencies. What a fantastic team, Ali and Lusi are absolutely fantastic. I'm Dyslexic and they were both so fantastic, Ali spent ages going through paperwork, forms and helping me fill them out too. Nothing was an issue or a problem or to much trouble. The move got complicated due to the chain, but they kept me up to date and pushed solicitors, buyers and Estate agents to make my move happen and as smooth as possible too. From the time the valuation was done, sales contract agreed, photos and on the website, was so quick but not pushy either. I can't thank them both so much, a highly recommend Yourmove Langney Point.
