We were previously with another agent who weren't very pro active. Your Move sold our house to us 14 years ago and successfully secured a sale for us. Great communication even when there was nothing much to report. Callum often touched base with us. Very professional. Happy to recommend

Extremely disappointing service from what should be a well established and professional estate agent. After many attempts to try and book a viewing on a property, there was very limited availability to make a viewing and once a viewing was booked in (and I had taken a day off work to view the property) the viewing was cancelled with very very short notice.
I wasn’t even told that the house (I had taken time off work to view) was already under offer - probably the reason staff were making life so difficult to book a viewing in the first place.
If only the vendor realised how poor the service was that was being offered prior to handing over thousands in fees.

Managed to get a viewing same day, very prompt in answering the phone if needing support. I would like to say huge thank you to June in sales progression who was absolutely outstanding, she went above and beyond and was always there at the other end of the phone when the sellers solicitors needed chasing. I honestly couldn’t have thanked her enough, her customer service was one of the best I have ever received and a credit to your business!
