As an expatriate buy-to-let landlord, I decided to select the 'Fully Comprehensive' Management Contract offered by Your Move a few years ago. This has proven to be a very good option and has provided the flexibility, support and peace of mind that landlords prefer. Sandra Bryant and her team in the Your Move Havant office have always been competent and professional in the management of my flat, as well as sometimes going beyond the call of duty to assist. I recently needed to have a bathroom shower installed and Sandra and her team managed this process for me, which was well appreciated by the tenant. I would recommend Your Move Havant Fully Comprehensive Management Contracts to other potential BTL landlords.

I have recently rented a property through Your Move Havant and I would definitley recommend them. The whole process was easy and they were very helpful answering any questions we had.
Ben in particular was amazing! So friendly and a complete professional. He even helped us move boxes in which is going above and beyond!

After moving a lot in the last few years I can easily say the Havant your move team have by far been the best! Very friendly all round with some nice personal touches plus Really helpful with everything we have needed! We dealt mainly with Ben and Charlotte who were fantastic! Highly recommend them

I have rented with a couple of agencies and your move have by far been the best. My experience with the agents at your move is that they are both attentive and professional, whilst also treating tenants with respect. The maintenance team have also been responsive and they have carried out good work. The two names which spring to mind particularly are Emma and Ben. I highly recommend your move!

I would like to thank Charlotte from the Havant Branch for being the most helpful and nicest lettings agent I've ever dealt with previously.
From the start Charlotte was professional, knowledgeable, along with being warm and friendly. She answered any questions I had and made the whole lettings process easy and not stressful. I cannot thank Charlotte enough , she is a credit to the company and it's reputation. I would without doubt use Your Move for any future needs as I felt so well looked after from start and not just one among many as I'm sure she's a busy lady.

Everyone at your move Havant, are so lovely and friendly and always so helpful!
Today after only living at our current home just over a week, and with a 1 year old, I’ve yet to get round to having another front door key cut, when I realised that I’d locked myself out, within 10 minutes of ringing up, Ben not only managed to get me a spare key, but drove all the way to my home to bring me it! Honestly can’t thank him enough! Xxx

Fantastic service! Not the cheapest agent I could find for my rental properties but I chose them because of the services and products available. Protecting my rent was the most important thing as I had recently got stung, a pleasant young chap Ben came to my property and when valuing told me about an insurance that covers the rent if my tenant doesn't pay and also covers costs of eviction which - had I known about this before I could have saved myself over £5000 in court costs! Rest of the team were also helpful in Bens absence including the sales team at the office who were also highly knowledgeable on rental information.

Very happy knowing my property is in the capable hands of The lettings team in Havant on a full managed service, I find it stress free knowing all is compliant and my property is well looked after. My main point of contact is Ben who always has a positive attitude and no ask is too much! All the staff in the office seem to know who I am when I walk in and am always greeted by smiles.

Right from my initial enquiry this team have been more than helpful and friendly. I was shown a couple of flats to rent by Emma and decided to proceed with one of them. I have not rented before but the whole process was easier and quicker than I had imagined. Any questions I had were quickly answered by Ben and Sandra in Emma’s absence and I must also mention the other lovely young lady who accompanied me in my 2nd viewing but sadly I can’t remember her name.
I had a couple of queries after I moved in and again Emma dealt with it quickly. All the team are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly and I would recommend them to anyone anytime. I am not connected to Your Move or any of the staff, this is just my honest opinion

I have now been a landlord with Your Move in Havant for over 2 years and can recommend this company, and more importantly their people highly.
They all operate at the very highest of customer satisfaction levels and Ben who is my main contact deserves particular mention.
Always polite, quick to respond and “ nothing” a problem sums up
Ben. I have also had feedback from a recent tenant who said he exemplified brilliant service.
With this level of service and commitment, I will never move my business from Your Move Havant!

Me and my family was looking to relocate from Southampton to porchester in a rental property, we spoke to Emma Smith who deals with lettings of whom I must say is very helpful and friendly, as well she is very patient and responds to every email we send in a timely manner. There has been a few occasions she has not been in and the staff in the branch have also been very helpful and friendly.
