Absolutely awful. The team were very nice and helpful with any queries, but they sold a house with a front door which doesn't unlock! Bit useless buying a house and not being able to enter it through the front door. They claim there is no key for the lock. Thought they would check that before selling the house. Now they've sold the house they are not being helpful and suggested calling a locksmith. Would not recommend.

Sold my house with Maddy recently she was absolutely amazing couldnt fault anything she did. Very professional and friendly from start to finish! Constant communication throughout, from the valuation to getting me a reliable buyer. Nothing was to big or too small. Couldn't recommend her and the team enough. Great people great service!

Why 5 stars?
Well I faffed about and at short notice decided not to rent. 48hrs later circumstances changed and presented myself into the office to see if Maddeline could rescue the original tenants. Maddeline was very understanding at my initial cancellation and very receptive and professional ,working tirelessly to recover the original agreements within 48hrs and the renters moved in and both landlord and tenants happy. A job handled with professional efficiency. Thank you yo Georgia and the team.
