Ellie was extremely helpful and accommodating when viewing properties. I never found myself calling the Lowestoft office to chase information as they were fantastic at keeping me up to date. Lee was extremely helpful and no matter who answered the phone at the Lowestoft branch they were extremely friendly and professional. Definitely recommend to anybody looking for properties in the local area!

Friendly and professional staff. The team at the Lowestoft branch were more than happy to help with any queries. The team were very reassuring and supportive when there were issues with the purchase, going out of their way to cater to my needs for additional viewings and contact outside of regular hours.

Worse than the property management company they took over last year, they take your money then do nothing or very little after.
Rarely respond to any problem you may have and when they do they ignore the issue anyway.
Contact via email or any other form is also ignored and if it isn't ignored in the first instance they don't follow up on what you've made contact for anyway. Work that needs doing is rarely done and when it is it's always done by the cheapest cowboys they can find so you end up with the same problem months later. I wouldn't recommend these to anybody.
