I have lived in a few rented house with let big agents, and Heminstones are by far the most amazing of them all.
The people are courteous, professional, and really listen to their tenants. They ensure everything is up to a high standard, and supported us as we (reluctantly) moved out of their property.

All the staff at Heminstones are friendly and approchable. they are professional and are always on hand with any issues i have had. Nikki is a huge benefit to the company since she has been there. She keeps me up to date with any issue ive had or any maintenance that needs doing. she is very easy to talk to, its like talking to a friend but she is very professional as well. I can honestly say that i hope i never have to use another letting agents.....They are definitely 10/10!!!!

I have been very pleased the way Ross dealt with all my queries and get things sorted before my move in date. Appreciate their efforts in letting me see the property twice to make my mind up, which I did at the end.

I've been a tenant with Heminstone for 4 years. Owen was my letting agent and did an amazing job at finding me new properties each time I had to move. He has been efficient in sorting any problems that have arisen. Colchester has a very friendly and helpful team. I am very sad to be leaving them.

Took a holding fee of £173.00 with the remaining deposit and first month to be paid after background checks went through, came through successful so we could proceed with moving in. The day before we moved in to the new property we received an email with a new contract stating the remaining deposit and first month's rent is now two months rent. Refused to give holding fee back. We wouldn't of paid the holding if we were told it was 2 months up front, not the 1 we were originally told. Do not use. Scammers.

Ross was my estate agent! Worked tirelessly to find a property for me! I am very picky and unfortunately all the properties I liked were sweaty from beneath me but he went above and beyond to try and find the perfect home for me and my family! Would highly recommend this team and Ross in particular. Worker effortlessly to find us the perfect home!
