How You Would Contribute

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and passionate about shaping our processes to help build an industry-defining product in a market which we believe needs urgent help. Our team is growing but is still small enough for you to help build something from the ground up and have your say in how things should be done.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Manage the email support system, reply to inquiries and log customer information.
  • Call clients to confirm the status of property sales and check on progress.
  • Use our specially designed software to track a property's journey and update the database accordingly.
  • Resolve disputes in a fair and professional manner.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining partner relationships, resolve any issues in a timely manner and escalate through the appropriate channels if necessary.
  • Assist the Operations Team with administrative duties when required..

What We're Looking For

  • Able to multi-task and switch quickly between tasks.
  • High level of accuracy, following processes and managing queries efficiently.
  • Enjoys spending time on the phone.
  • Resilience.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Quick thinking - ability to think on your feet and respond to problems.
  • Straight talking - can calmly handle issues and not be unsettled by them.
  • Good mental arithmetic.

The Process

  • Quick intial chat over the phone.
  • Interview with the Head of Ops to get to know you and have a more in-depth conversation.
  • Meet CEO to ensure a good cultural fit.
  • An informal chat with a few members of the team to get to know you better.
  • We promise to keep you informed on the status of your application and to move as quickly as possible.


The safety and wellbeing of our staff are of the utmost importance. The Ops team is currently coming into the office twice a week.

We have taken the necessary precautions to ensure the office is COVID secure and are conducting lateral flow tests 2 times a week.
